| Re: Maryland Trumpet Day 2008 Not Felix making this rule, Im afraid the "over 18" deal is a MD State law for any raffles. It is considered gambling and I have to get a county license for that day to even have the raffle on the property. So yes, have you dad buy a ticket  Just one of the many behind the scenes things, next thing you know I'll need a permit for the poker table TD |

| Re: Maryland Trumpet Day 2008 I'm trumpet player who has been out of the game for a while. I was wondering what I could look forward to if I made it out there. Are these clinics geared towards advanced players or people like me? I just dont want to feel left out based on my skill. |

| Re: Maryland Trumpet Day 2008 Check out the website and the artists. www.domenicomusic.com. If you click on them a webpage or bio will come up and you can check out their backgrounds. I am hoping clinicians will be able to talk to any level player. Many students attend this event from the surrounding area, along with some real pros from the Wash DC area military bands. I think anyone can be welcome at this event. As I hear back from the clinicians I will post their clinic titles. It is getting here fast so be ready!! TD |

Clicking on your link above "does" take you to your site...and from there it is obvious to click the poster pic to get to the MTD info. However, I would suggest putting the DATE of the event on your main page, as well as making it immediately evident once folks get to the event page. You have to do some pretty good clicking around before you know anything more solid about the event (date/time/etc). I just want folks to know immediately so they can make plans to attend, what really looks to be a terrific event. wow. Great work, Tony. You have an all star lineup of clinicians. Incredible. For those looking at this thread...the date of the MTD is Nov 16th.
