Graham has a spectacular aura about
New Toy: B&H Sovereign Sop. Cornet

Sniffing around on Ebay I found a second-hand Eb Soprano cornet for sale. It arrived the other day and it is GREAT. Serial number puts it at around the late 1960/early 70s. Finish is in good shape, no terrible dings. All that is up with it is that it is missing a pinky hook.

It was interesting to note, however, that there are no triggers or throw rings on the 3rd or 1st valve slides. The box on the 3rd is just for a lyre. I was concerned by this at first, but the intonation is fantastic compared with other Sop. cornets I've played.
