Phaeton....reverse leadpipe or not

I have been looking all over the web but cant find an answer ...I heard you can tell by looking at it but I am not sure how...Help please. Thanks much

Reverse leadpipe

If the leadpipe to main tuning slide is made to slide inside of the tuning slide on the input side, that is a reverse leadpipe.

Check this link and you see a couple of good pictures at the bottom.
In the scratch silver and gold.
One hint is in the way they plated in tuning slide.
The upper tube goes over the inner tube, that is a reversed leadpipe.

Thanks...I understand how that works now....I compared it to my Strad and that does not have the reverse pipe. I finally know the difference.
