Yamaha used to make a C/Bb/A herald style piccolo trumpet. I don't think they make it anymore.
Schilke made a C piccolo at one time.........I think.

Kanstul makes aBb/A/G pic, but I've never heard of them making one C. A couple of months ago, one of the Yamahas popped up on e-Bay.
