![]() | Jesse, That's AWESOME!!! You have indeed been blessed! I'm sure that you will LOVE "Gabriel's Trumpet"! Leigh, That's AWESOME!!! WOW!!! For those of you who have not read Jesse's winning entry for this contest... you owe it to yourself to do so. It is lengthy, but EXTREMELY well done, and VERY moving! It will give you a lot of insight into the man. I have known Jesse for about three years. He first called me about another line of trumpets that I carry. We've been in touch ever since then, and ESPECIALLY since the inception of the Eclipse contest. (I think that it's been nearly every day. ) We're good friends.... what a position to be in, when you are the US Dealer for Eclipse, and there's a contest going on. I was not a Judge for the contest. Jesse's was the second entry. He was second to Liad... only because of the time difference. Upon reading the first part of his story, I was awed. (I would have loved to have told Leigh McKinney... the contest is over! We have a winner! ... BUT, I could do nothing except be a friend to Jesse. THAT, I do gladly!) The second part of Jesse's story came much later, nearer the end of the contest. I've gotta tell ya... it brought me to tears. Now... if you still haven't read it... GO! The question was asked about the religious articles. First, let me tell you that Jesse is a devoutly religious man. Second, another part of First Class Brass' business is fine metal-working. They are one of an extremely small number of extremely skilled artisans chosen by the British government as capable of working on British artifacts (fine silver-soldering), both historical, and religious in nature... on items that are centuries old. The work that you see on new Eclipse trumpets, and repaired trumpets, is the same high quality workmanship that has gone into items for Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and other prestigious institutions. It's NOT something that you'll hear Leigh McKinney boast about, but, like Jesse, he's a man with a HUGE heart, as you can see by the generosity of this contest. The cross, chalice, and ceborum were not a part of the contest. They were made to thank Jesse for his patient, kind nature... a gifts from the heart of one great man to another. Jesse is actually out of town this weekend, on some personal business that he may, or may not, choose to share with everyone. Leigh did send him pictures, and Jesse called me right after he saw them. To say that there was EXCITEMENT in Jesse's voice would be putting it mildly! We WILL hear from Jesse very soon! Please join me in congratulating him "One more time!". To Leigh, and the folks at First Class Brass/Eclipse... THANK YOU! This contest has not only made one man extremely happy, it has helped the TrumpetMaster Website to become the great place that it is! "Gabriel's Trumpet" is stunning.... and, I KNOW that it PLAYS!!! Also, to TrumpetMaster, wherever you are... THANK YOU! WELL DONE! Best always, Bruce

![]() | Hi Bruce, When I look at the pictures of what has been done for Jesse (and think of my own Eclipse), I am in no way surprised that Leigh does "side jobs" for the British Government. Is there anything that Leigh can't do with non-ferrous metals??? All the best.

![]() | That is an amazing horn and "accessories." My wife is a pastor -- I had to show her these pictures, she was taken by the beauty also. If the horn plays as nice as it looks, WOW! A tip of the hat ![]() M&C
