i get the impression that it's an upgrade or a tweak to the "standard" model.
if this is correct then what does that say about the standard model?
after paying all the money and waiting all that time, your instrument is still not all it can be unless it is Pranaed ?

What's the premise of the "upgrade?"
What is the difference between an STC-1 and a Prana? There has to be SOME justification for the rather large price jump right?
I was always under the impression that all Monette horns where made to the highest possible standards of playibility and quality for every player already?
Respectfully,
Jarrett Ellis

to each his own

Hey if paying $6700 for a 993 plus $2800 for the P(i)ra(h)na upgrade is your thing that's fine. All I know is that I will never pay that much for a horn.

That money can be spent on a new CD to be recorded in January, 2004 and then on lots of practice time... I won't have to play as many gigs to pay for the horn!

Best,
trent

maybe the upgrade uncludes something to hold on the 3rd valve slide so you dont have to use a string...or maybe a one piece bell....

Haha, or maybe the "Prana" part is an Eclipse conversion... hehe
