Question for Leigh

Is the prize Eclipse trumpet restricted to one of traditional design, or is your Equinox style of trumpet also considered an Eclipse for contest purposes?

I'm just wondering. Thanks.

If you feel that whatever new design concept or idea could also apply to the Equinox then why not!

I am happy with that

Next Year i hope that the winner may be able to choose from :-

Bb trumpet
Equinox
C trumpet
Flugel
Cornet

Let's see, I'm beginning to think that I will propose hiring a composer to chart out a piece for me that would include each one of those horns and an engineer to design a 5 foot multi horn stand so that I could move easily from horn to the next. My theme would be "Multi-Horn-Platform”.
