Question Shipping horns

I have a bunch of horns to ship. Where should I go to find the cheapest supplies. Boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap. I stopped by the UPS store today and that was a joke. I'm going to try staples and office max next.

Also should I go with USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. All of these will be within the US.

I've never had a problem with USPS and I've sold a few horns in the past. I think priority mail is the bomb! Just pack securely and insure it for FULL replacement value.
