Stage 1 Trumpets I'm happy to announce that Stage 1 will soon be the official trumpet of the 42nd St. broadway tour. We will both be playing the new California model, which is lighter in weight and more suited to commercial playing. These trumpets are designed by Felix Vayser and built by the expert craftsmen at Eclipse trumpets. They are being assembled at the moment, I'll give you a full update on the horns when we receive them in 8-10 weeks. For more information contact Felix: http://www.newyorktrumpetcompany.com/

You guys both are correct. The new Stage 1 models:"Classic" and "California" will be assembled and plated by the First Class Brass Ltd.,the great team behind the Eclipse trumpets. They kindly agreed to provide me with such services. The "New York" model is still made by Master Schmid. Felix

This is exciting stuff! I can't wait to get ahold of pictures of the artists with their new horns! Felix are these Stage 1 one trumpets for sale in the US? Did you design these horns? I know Leigh from Eclipse does incredible work so I'm sure they are built well. Where can people try these horns?
