It is! It's ...... .awesome! I get some awesome notes..... I don't think there's any way to write those horrors down!!

My friend's got a cornet, I've told a couple of people we're starting a band, going to start with "modern jazz" and work our way up to playing music.....

It's music ........ it's just um, like really really advanced math, that's so advanced you could put any equation on the board with a million variables and signs and stuff and a master mathematician would understand it but not me!

I hope that got me out of that one!

Listen for musicality, not technical and theoretical ability.

Um, I'm trying to be musical..... sometimes what comes out isn't!

Honestly, if I can learn to play this thing and sound good, I figure I've got an ace up my sleeve because I know a lot of music in my head. And, I'm learning how to read music too. If I can learn THAT now I'll really be impressed.
