Is there a Wild Thing Rep in Australia?

Gidday from Down Under!
A good friend of mine is looking to buy a wild thing trumpet.
Do you have a Rep in Sydney? Are there any WT trumpets in Sydney where we could try one or two of your models? Like in a shop?
I know another person who had a Wild Thing cornet, but he sold that before I had a chance to buy it!...Oh..Well.
We have had a look at your web site, and ...correct me if Im wrong...but I believe the trumpeter on the David Letterman show is playing a WT? Is this true?

you can buy direct.

Yes, Alan Chez Endorses the Flip Oakes* Bb Wild Thing Trumpet, and

Thanks for the info. So I cant try before I buy. Thats the main reason I asked if there was an Aussie dealer. Its a lot of money to buy an instrument sight unseen and to not play one before buying it.
Thanks any way....you never know...I might find one to try...maybe??

Maybe Flip could check with any (?) WT owners in Oz and ask them if they'd welcome a visit by you to check out their Wild Things? I think he possibly keeps pretty good records on who has what and a Wild Thing in Australia would certainly be a rare bird.
