The "What If" Calicchio

What if you started with a 1s2 and changed the bell from a 1s to a 1sZ?? Sound?? Playing characteristics??

What if you started with a 1s2 and changed the leadpipe from a 2 to a 3 or maybe a 3RL?? Sound?? Playing characteristics??

Maybe these combinations already exist. Maybe they aren't even practical.

Always more questions then answers...
Maybe I have to much free time on my hands---<Rick

Ha! What if you change from a 1s bell to the 1sZ? or the 2 pipe to the 3rL pipe.....then let's see..... Ummmmm....

Then you have the HORN THAT YOU OWN NOW!!!!

You might want to join the Dubba C Olympics when you play on a horn like that. I too one day will own the 'fire-breather'!!! I have to get my hands on a Calicchio flugel first!

Hi Cory!! Funny you'd mention your desire for a Calicchio flugel -- I've been trying to figure out a way to get a new Calicchio flugel in copper (mine is the brass model) BUT the wife says I can't get another UNTIL I sell the one I have now......

Might you be interested?? If so, contact me off-line.
