| What's the deal with Bach Model 182S? There is a Bach Stradivarius Model 182S listed on brassreview.com. The description says: This model features a standard weight #37 bell and #25 mouthpipe, lightweight body with a .459" bore,silver-plated finish, genuine Vincent Bach mouthpiece and classic case.Does anybody know what the deal is with this horn? Is this somthing Conn-Selmer was planning to produce, but is currently on hold due to the strike? Thanks in advance, Kwang. |

| Re: What's the deal with Bach Model 182S? Eastlake is where they produce the Conn, Benge and King lines I belive. Change subject a bit. I really dislike that Steinway-Selmer-Conn controls over 90% of the instrument market in the US. If it were any other business I would think that our governemnt would be after them for anti-trust and monopoly violations. |
