OK, here goes...

X3L
1976 vintage
silver plated
both brass and beryllium bells
Reeves alignment
one standard water key

B1
1983 vintage
silver plated
brass bell
modified leadpipe/receiver from GR Technologies
two amado water keys

B3b
1982 vintage (was formerly a showroom model!)
gold plated
converted to tunable bell
Tanabe PVA
two amado water keys

Fortunately, I have my wife convinced that everybody needs three Schilke trumpets. I'd have even more, but we're building a new house this year!

1981 MII

Proudly, I have an MII bought new in 1982.
It's been an excellent horn! Great sound, perfect valves, well made.

1. changed the 3rd slide adjustable ring to a fixed ring
2. gold plated the valve tops, caps, bottoms & spit valves

Toured the 'old' plant in '84 and would recommend it to everyone(especially now that they are so close to O'Hare)!

Hey - I've got Schilke valve springs in all my Stomvi Master horns. Does that count ?
