 | Re: Would you buy it? Bach VBS 196 vs. Schilke P5-4 Piccolo I recently bought a Yamaha YTR6810S. It has trumpet mouthpiece receivers on both Bb and A pipes. The intonation is spot-on up and down the registers. The tone is rich and full and blends well with voices and other instruments. Give it a try. I use a Jerome Callet Superchops 1 mouthpiece on it and find it is a surprizingly good match. It makes an already in-tune horn slot even better in all registers.
