Looks like a familiar listing and commentary somehow. I would rather have Dizzy's autograph on his book or an album than somewhere on this frankenhorn. Not in good condition , according to the seller,or particularily notable parts to me. From that photo, Diz may have played some notes on it. It seems like the horn should have been completely restored before asking more than $500 for it.

There was a somewhat similar Severinson belled "Dizzy Horn" with what was thought to be an Ambassador body on a couple of times on Shopgoodwill, not autographed that brought under $200.

I may be wrong, but I think this was listed before. Now is you were
talking about the Miles" black Martin that went for $14000 at outside auction Sept 06, that's another story.

I saw this horn listed over a month ago with the same pictures and story. I wonder if this is a SCAM ???

I agree the horn is OK and has a neat story but unless restored should only be worth $300-500. Now that Rolls is a different story or maybe a new Moto Guzzi Lemans ???

It does look really dodgy and could quite feasibly be a scam - hence "ah well, maybe next time" - there's bound to be plenty more where that came from.
