Hello I've had this Stradivarius Model 38 (Silver Plated) sitting in my closet for about 7 years. Can anyone tell me what year it's from and its possible worth? Thanks!!

The 38 bell is usually standard with a medium (not medium large) bore and is on the brighter side of the spectrum. Not quite as bright as a 43 but brighter than a 37. As for age, we would need a serial number to determine that.

Serial Number 219871

I found a link here

Bach Brass

Does this serial place it in the 200,000 Category? Making its production era around 1981?

I would say that since it falls a little past the halfway between 1981 and 1983 I would guess that 1982 would be fair.
