Apparently made in Austria to be sold thru Carl Fischer, who retailed a lot of foreign horns for many years. All I would have done is suggest Horn-u-copia also. Dougt there are many out there for comparison. I have seen similar wraps on some American cornets from the Ist part of the 20th century. Hope you find someone who has one.
