Sadly though, it's JUST a trombone!

Evidently bone players aren't horn geeks and collectors like us cornet/trumpet players!

Hand-hammered belled, early '30's "The Olds" cornets or trumpets in the shape of that bone would go for four digits!

And with a day left . . . not a single taker of a no reserve, minimum bid $75 "The Olds" trombone!

"ALMOST" makes me wish I hadn't shipped the Eterna cornet off to Leigh yesterday for his "magic". But not quite.
