  | First one Just wondering: Does anyone know where are the "00001" horns of the famous horn models (Couldn't figure out how to present the idea better, apologies)? Wonder how much the first Mt. Vernon made would go for? |

 | A lot of models never start with #1. They are made as prototypes, then a few more are made, then if they are made in any quantity, the usually start with a higher number so it doesn't look like a new horn. Say 10,000 or so. I played a ZeuS Olympus numbered 29995 and the production run started with 30,000! It was obviously an early production "prototype." Kind of cool. Jim |
