![]() | Holton Revelation I have a Holton Revelation with no number on the bell. The serial# is 117783 which looks to be from 1935. The only number I can find other than the serial is 30 stamped on the underside of the mouthpiece receiver. Does anyone know what the 30 designates and if this horn would be the equivalent of a "48" Revelation? ![]() ![]() The engraving on the bell reads: Revelation Made By Frank Holton & Co Elkhorn Wis

![]() | I used to have a Holton Revelation from about 1932 and I don't remember seeing any number on the reciever (I may not have looked either(). Anyway I was under the impression that the revelation turned into the 45 at some later date. |
