    Identify this stencil

    Hi everybody,
    A few weeks ago, I "scored" this cornet off ebay. I did some research, I have an idea, but I'm not sure if I got it right. So here it is...

    It is in C. It is nickel plated, not silver, and I don't show the engraving on the bell on purpose, it might lead you in a wrong direction at first.

    Those valves extremely interesting...... Perhaps French or something?

    the 2nd valve is interesting too. Like a French Besson, but I think it was US made.
    Also, there were not many cornets (or trumpets) made with this brace going from the leadpipe to the 1st valve...

    Those the serial number 145, correspond to any other manufacturer?

    Yep! 145 is hard to figure out! I don't think that it's a lead.
