Interesting King serial number issue

My silversonic cornet was sold to me as an early 70's model and it came in a 70's style King case, but the serial number 363*** seems to be from 1955-60 according to the lists I have seen on the internet.

I don't know King instruments at all so can anyone identify its age from looking at the photos:

Gordon Hudson: My King Silversonic Cornet

It does say HN White on the bell and Cleveland and it is quite heavily engraved.
