Re: Le Blanc coin on brace?

The coin or medallion on the Leblanc trumpets is a likeness of the two Leblancs ( father and son or maybe brothers) who began the company in France many many years ago. The medallion on the Leblanc Al Hirt model trumpet is a likeness of Al Hirt. The newer Leblanc T357 "Arturo Sandoval" model trumpet has a small likeness of the "Leblanc Bell" instead of a medallion.

Re: Le Blanc coin on brace?

You're welcome .
I had a Leblanc 707 Sonc silver plated when I was in high school, it was a really great playing horn , lightweight ,small bore , really big sound.'I wish I hadn't sold it.
