 | Martin Committee Elkhart Ind Cornet I have a Martin Committee cornet that is in fair shape. The serial number is 706087. I'd like to know the general value of this kind of cornet. I've had it for years and I didn't start trying to learn more about it until recently. Eventually I'd like to sell it since I don't play trumpets or anything like them. |

  | Re: Martin Committee Elkhart Ind Cornet That's hard to say. That serial puts it towards the end of the Committee run, in 1965. Probably not as valuable as earlier ones of the 40's and 50's, maybe a few hundred, depending on condition. Suggest you go to ebay and do an advanced search for current the completed listings to get some ideas of values.
