Repairman for vintage horn?

I need to get the reciever on my 1935 Conn 2b either fixed or replaced, it had a mouthpiece really jammed in it, stretcing out the metal and messing up the gap. Since I'm sending it out for that I will probably go ahead and get the valves redone as well. Does anyone have a good recomendation as to who I should send it to?
Thanks,
Nate

Dr. Valve love's old Conn's. He'll do it right, especially if you are getting the valves rebuilt.

Re: Repairman for vintage horn?

Rich Ita fixed up my Coprion 12A cornet. It had a stuck mouthpiece and somebody tried in vain to remove it using a pair of pliars. The receiver looked like hell before I took it to Rich's workshop. He fixed it up nice.

Dude, you've been saying that for the last year. Just how many horns did you send him?

I highly recommend Oberloh in Seattle. Dan's the best brass restoration specialist I've ever seen - he can even machine new parts to match existing ones!
