Selmer c700 Trumpet

Looking for information on a Selmer c700 Trumpet I have acquired. Is it an entrty level horn and what is the used value in Exccxellent Condition. Thanks~ Raccinni

Built around 1977. Pro grade, Key of C. Entry level typically are Bb instruments.

Henri Selmer Paris click on Histoire>Modeles Historique>scroll through pictures until valve body and tubes in diagonal arrangement.

In my generation Selmer brass instruments were usually not the first choice of most players that I knew. Frankly I think they were much better instruments than my friends gave them credit for. Their saxophones and clarinets were highly valued.
Frankly what matters is the man holding the horn and not the horn itself. If you like a horn and do well with it the value may be great to you. What the rest of the world prefers is their problem.
