Stolen Olds Recording!!! #602110

Years ago, I lost my favorite horn. Actually it was STOLEN from me in 1999. I set it down in my dorm common room (my mistake) and somebody stole it.

It was an Olds Recording (rose brass bell) serial number 602110. If anyone has heard of this horn, or maybe picked it up in a pawn shop someplace, PLEASE let me know.

I would be willing to buy it back from you for twice what you bought it for. I loved that trumpet; it was my dad's and I played it from age 11 to 21 when it was taken. It misses its home.

Please let me know if you have it!

That happened to me and my MENDEZ in the 70s, I'm still trying to find the serial number so I can track it down someday....

Re: Stolen Olds Recording!!! #602110

Apparently there is some kind of underground olds trumpet trafficking ring.

Too bad you can't remember the serial number. I remember mine from collective hours of staring at the casing wishing I could hit that high C.
