Stripping Lacquer Finish?

I got an old junker cornet and it would look way better if it was in raw brass. what is the easiest DIY method of stripping lacquer?

Ogauge47 -

Check out this PM thread - pretty well covers the options:

http://www.trumpetmaster.com/vb/f131...ing-30453.html (lacquer stripping)

Good luck!

If the link doesn't work - just do a search on Lacquer Stripping - you'll find it
