Vega brand trumpets...

I've inherited an old Vega brand trumpet (or possibly cornet, I don't know the diffrence (give me a break I'm a woodwind guy... ) Anyway, I've been trying for a while to figure out if its worth anything...

Its in the original case, still looks nice, but with some tarnish (no rust) from sitting in a closet the past 60 odd years. It has the original mouthpiece, a flip folder, and a neat little engraving on the bell reading: Chas E. George Model, Vega Standard, Made By The Vega Company 155 Columbus Ave. Boston. Theres a serial number on the valve, reading 21425, Pat. July 1910. The mouthpiece reads George Model L, and also reads the Vega company, along with the Vega company address. It can be played, I made some noise on it, no music, just because I'm not a trumpet player...

I'm just trying to find out if its worth anything to a collector, its only had one owner, it isin't doing much sitting around my house, and if anybody is interested, I'd like to make you happy...

There are a few pictures of it here, http://www.geocities.com/spamfan15/vega.htm
(my html skills arent stellar, so I apologize for any errors on that page...)

Anyway, thanks for all your help folks!
