Vintage Kuhnl & Hoyer trumpet

I recently adopted an old K&H trumpet at the cost of...well...nothing, and am curious as to the age and grade (student/pro/etc), plus any other related info. On the bell is engraved "Kimberly" and on the 2nd valve casing is stamped "K&H" and below that "Kuhnl". Has a good sound, just needs some tlc. I found a website for K&H and have emailed them but have yet to have a reply.

I'd appreciate any info. Thanks!

Re: Vintage Kuhnl & Hoyer trumpet

Hello!
Did you get any replies on that K&H trumpet? I, too, bought a used one (a little beat up) while in Germany. Any leads on K&H's value?
Jonathan

Here's a little on the topic and a forum that could possibly lead to more info.
