What is so special about this trumpet (Martin Committee Remake)

Martin Committee Remake

I understand that original Martin Vintage horns are very highly sought-after horns for collectors. I find it interesting the asking price could be so high on a new horn which is a remake that has no track history..

But then, maybe there's something I don't know...

IMO nothing... that's why it's been on sale for a long time. Andy Taylor makes great horns but if I wanted a Martin sound I'd buy a Martin. Nothing sounds like a Martin.
