![]() | Re: ChopSaver I actually salvaged part of a tube that went through the dryer by melting it again, then putting it in the freezer to reform it! I have more experience than I would like with putting things through the laundry. So far I'm at two (at least) tubes of chopsaver and one cell phone. Chopsaver is addicting! I know two other trumpet players that tried it and were instantly addicted. Even a non-trumpet player said it was incredibly good chapstick! Best stuff out there. |

![]() | Re: ChopSaver I just ordered a pack. I've been using 'Burt's Bees' for a long time but it is too waxy to have on while you are playing. I double on Reed instruments so I NEED IT. jmp |

![]() | Re: ChopSaver Living in Texas and riding a motorcycle always calls for lip protection, peeling lips are tough on tone. The new SPF formula has been a welcome addition. Is there an SPF 25 coming for us sun-belters?

![]() | Re: ChopSaver I have had some allergies to some herbal products do you list the ingredients either on the product or on the site? I have a really hard time int he winter time keeping my lips from chapping between the cold artic winds that blow through here and the dry heat indoors it just tears my lips up. To date theonly thing that barely is amble to keep my lips from cracking and spliting is the origanal BListex cream inthe tube. I would love to find something better then that since it barely keeps up and that is if I use it freq. and do not miss a day. If I do my lips look like someone that has spent a few days in the desert with no water or shelter etc..... This only happens to me dureing the winter any other time of year I do not need to use any lip balm. I understand that yours is more then just lip balm in that it is meant to be a protective balm and somethign like an athletic analgesic for the lips like Bengay or Absorben Jr. or Tiger Balm etc..... When my oldest boy joined band one of the first things I taught him was the importance of useing lip balm daily and after each practice! I even made sure to include some in his case so it is always their seperate from what he use's around the house etc.... It stays in his trumpet case at all times!!! So with the above said would your product be safe for a 10 year old to use on their lips? I am guessing yes but feel compelled to ask just to make sure! I have no experince letting a child use herbal products? |

![]() | Re: ChopSaver Here is one of my pet peeves... Vaseline from my lips getting onto the mouthpiece and then causing it to slide around, PLUS getting it all over around my lips and mouth because of the mouthpiece sliding. Is chopsaver a solution to this? Has anyone had trouble with it before? Please don't hesitate to PM me with your CHOPSAVER stories. Cheers -HSO
