Auditions

Hi-pretty broad question, but obviously you've had a lot of success at auditions considering the amount of jobs you've won over such a short time span...as someone who has had trouble being at their best in such a situation, I would ask what you have done to be successful in such an intimidating, high pressure environment...thanks.

Re: Auditions

Scott,
Big question, but a very good one. This will be my next thread. I promise. I am planning to get some outside help with this. As I said much earlier Peter Oundjian, music director here in Toronto has aggreed to pitch in on this one. I am also going to try an get some other well known brass players to give their two cents as well. Stay tuned!
