| Re: Clark Terry He's a cool guy. I saw him play in Albuquerque in the 70's and he was actually the guy at the door who sold me my ticket. What a mind blower! He was also a good friend of James F. Burke. |

| Re: Clark Terry I love Clark Terry. Great clip. My favorite Clark Terry solo of all time has been my favorite since I was 12 years old. Clark plays the most perfect solo on "U.M.M.G." (Billy Strayhorn tune) on Duke Ellington's album "And His Mother Called Him Bill (Music Of Billy Strayhorn)" from 1967. My favorite album with Clark will always be "Oscar Peterson Trio + One Clark Terry". Any other Clark favorites? |
