Eat bacon

If you want to improve your strength and endurance during practice eat bacon half an hour before practice. You should eat 1/750 of your body mass, for eg if you weigh 80 kilos than eat 106 grams of bacon prior to your practice and dring 2cl of water after it, you can even add few drops (0.2cl) of red wine (only if you are over 21) in that water.
Bacon will give you energy and you wont feel hungry, yet your stomach will still be relatively empty and that fact will enable you to breath more freely. Why bacon? well it has high energy index in other words a lot of calories compressed into relatively small volume. Why water' - well it is obvious, bacon will make you thirsty. Why wine? - well thats optional, as I said only if you are over 21 and if you do not have alcochol related problems. You should dring only very small amount 0.2cl (only to cover the bottom of the glass) and the primary reason is that red wine will kill the cholesterol that is inside the bacon and will protect your coronary system, also it can releave of stress.

note. do not eat fried bacon, It will have contrary effect because it is full of bad grease., not even cooked.

Only cured bacon.

How does fried bacon have more "bad grease" than cured bacon? Do you add more grease to the pan before you fry it (which doesn't make sense)? Or are you suggesting that the unsaturated fats in bacon become saturated when you fry it?

no I do not add extra oil, although a lot of people do (insane), but when you fry the grease from bacon it becames bad cholesterol, even a bit cancerogen. Cured is ok, its not cancerogene, it is however cholesterol but not malicious.

are you vegeterian (do you eat eggs and milk but avoid meat), or vegan (avoids all that comes from animals)

I'm asking because if you eat eggs, that eggs have simmilar effect, two hard boiled eggs will replace bacon just fine

Re: Eat bacon

I'm a doctor and looking at the fat content of the bacon pictured doesn't look good. As well all cholesterol is bad, and as for the salt load I won't even go there
