    That ebay Besson F Trumpet

I was in there bidding till the end. I had to leave the house, when I came back I found out I had lost by $5.00
That horn was a popular model back in the day. Sam Krauss had one of these horns, he used it for the Venusburg music. He had a slide that put the horn in E. As I recall, William Vacchiano used the model horn for his first go at the Bach Brandenburg Concerto.
I was surprised no one recognized this gem.

Mr Wise, what do you mean by "his first go at the Bach Brandenburg Concerto"? Did he make more than one recording? Have you seen him perform live?

I think he did play a bit of it during a Young People's Concert.
