I noticed while viewing the Tim Burton video, that a video with the O.B.C., Original Broadway Cast, was there. Thirty years ago.........we didn't make a video, yet here it is YouTube - Sweeney Todd - OBC - Len Cariou - "Epiphany" Strange Wilmer | |

| Re: Sweeney Todd as done by Tim Burton I heard about this movie version a while ago. Can't wait to see it. I played this show a long time ago (locally). I really enjoyed it...and it really stuck in my mind...very powerful. Now...will they have the actors in this movie also play instruments? Wonder what Johnny Depp will play?? ...just kidding... Although you don't seem all that pleased...Wilmer...ahem... it was nice to hear you/see the vid on YouTube. There's tons more I saw. I remember this being on something like A&E about , oh, maybe 15 years ago?? It had Angela Landsbury in it...I remember that. And..it was a taping of it on stage...so... It was done in terrific quality..unlike that one you found (shaky video...etc).. I wonder what happened to "that" version? Anyway...nice to hear Wilmer... will you go see this movie? We'll have to all pop back in for a collective review. |
