The very last time I saw Ron was circa 1977 when he played with Mr.Hampton during a lunch break concert around the Time & Life Building (50th Street between 6th & 7th Avenue,NYC). By the way,in my numerous attempts in responding to the "Freddie" post,I discovered messages directed to me going back to 2007.
