Cal Arts

Ed,
I met Dave Johnson (Johnston) tonight. He played a gig with Roger Williams here in St. Charles. It was a good concert. Dave was introduced as being from Cal Arts so I name dropped and we talked a little.

Jim

Re: Cal Arts

Jim,

I don't know him. Is he a trumpeter? If so, he's from before my time at CalArts (2001)

Best,
EC

Re: Cal Arts

He is a percussionist. He played timpani and Marimba.

It isn't important. He mentioned he knew of you and your teaching at McGill.
