| Chas Reskin jumps in Greetings, all - Another newbie weighs in! Nice to see I'm not the only trumpet geek around! I'm playing mostly legit now, in the South Florida area. Currently gigging with the Florida Grand Opera and Miami City Ballet, but love to do big band when the opportunity presents itself. Just bought myself some new horns for my 60th b-day...A Scherzer rotary picc, a 1950 Couesnon flugel, a Getzen Eb (ebay), and a Ricco Kuhn rotary C, and am seeking a good price on a Yamaha Chicago C. I'll be posting a couple axes on ebay soon to offset expenses - a Yamaha flugel (YFH631 - rose brass) and an LA Benge picc. Anyway, glad to be aboard and I look forward to some interesting posting and reading. Peace, Chas Reskin |

| Re: Chas Reskin jumps in Thanks, VB! Yeah, between the Scherzer picc and the vintage Couesnon, I'm having a ball. I think I finally figured out how to hold the Scherzer! Best wishes, Chas |
