"Hi" back at cha! Welcome to the house that TrumpetMaster built! Hope you enjoy yourself here at least half as much as we enjoy ourselves. The one thing everyone does is have FUN. It's a good bunch (just steer clear of politics) with widely varying levels of experience. There are a couple of threads where you can post something about yourself.. kind of a bio thing. Hope you can make use of one of them!

Hello, to you too! Welcome aboard! What's your experience? Tell us a bit about yourself.

And guard those brownies Lara's got in the oven for you...there are some rather zealous brownie hounds about these parts!

Welcome, YTR-6335S!

A friend of mine played that model for about 12 years. Eventually, he was "encouraged" to make a switch.

Post away!

Thanks guys!

Brownies! Were?!?!?! ha

I put Dancing because I'm one of those people that doesn't like to let other people I don't know, know were I live(even though my town is so small you prolly would never have heard of it!). I'm weird I guess.

When school starts it will be my fith school year on trumpet, sixth school year actually in band. (played the flute in fourth grade, *shudders* NEVER want to do that again!)

I went to county honors band and was 5th out of 10. I SOOOOO could have done better but I was nervous and I mess things up when I get nervous. I could prolly get about 2nd or 3rd chair now. Who knows, maybe even 1st.

I was first chair in my elementary school band the whole time I played trumpet/cornet (started on Cornet, went to a crappy student jupiter trumpet, and now just got my YTR-6335S for graduation), and my goal for high school is First chair by my second or third year, and someday I hope to play in Pixar Studios.

ok I'm done.
