![]() ![]() | Hello!!!!!!!!!!! Hey guys!! Well, after about 6 years of not playing (picking up the horn off and on of course) i'm getting back into it! I've recently joined a drum & bugle corps to give me a reason to stick with it this time With any luck, my old hobby will re-emerge. One problem, the corps I joined issued me a Soprano Trumpet in G. I've never played anything that strayed from Bb... is there anything i need to know before i start practicing? Are there different fingerings? Are the mouthpieces different? Can this horn make me hit those high notes on their sheet music that I just laughed at? Thanks guys!! I hope to be around for a while!! Ed. |
