Joachim Tromark will become famous soon enough
Hello everybody!

My name is Joachim Tromark
I'm a trumpet, flugel and EVI player from Sweden.
I've studied at the Grove School Of Music in 1990-91.
I took lessons from Jay DaVersa, Bobby Shew and Chuck Findley.
Besides playing with Sandviken Big Band and other small combos I work as a music teacher.
My speciality is west-coast jazz and my absolute favorite players are: Chuck Findley, Bobby Shew, Carl Saunders, Wayne Bergeron, George Graham, Bob Summers and EVI players Nyle Steiner, Mike Metheny and Judd Miller.
I now play a Calicchio 1S2 with a Yamaha Bobby Shew lead mouthpiece. The flugel is an old Couesnon monopole with a Marczinkiewitz Bobby Shew mouthpiece.

I would like to get in contact with other players to shear ideas and thoughts about trumpetplaying or music in general.

Unfortunately I've never heard of him. Where in Sweden does he live? Among Swedish trumpeters, I have played with Jan Allan, Lasse Lindgren, Hans Dyvik, Patrik Skoogh, Johan Setterlind.
Do you know any of these?

Velkomen, (or something like that.)

Feel free to post photographs. I need to see your mountains and country side. I have visited Gothenborg.
