 | Hello everybody My name's Jim. I played cornet as a kid, then stopped, then picked up again in my 20s to play trumpet and cornet in a blues/soul band. Now in my 40s and picked up cornet again; looking for a trumpet but happy just playing to get my lip in. (Actually, the reason I picked up my cornet again was my Dad's 80th a few weeks ago. Myself and 2 sisters played cornets + flgels, 1 brother played keyboard and 1 nephew guitar; everybody else was too chicken!) |
