Hello from the Twin Cities
Hello everyone,

I just discovered this message board a few days ago, and I must say...wow...what a great resource! How have I not heard about this before? In any case, my name is Scott Hagarty, and I'm a graduate student at UMN. I'm finishing up a doctorate this year, so hopefully I can find a "real job" soon! I've been playing the trumpet since the summer before 5th grade...so I guess that's about 18 years now. I've got LOTS of reading to do to get caught up on the thousands of posts, but it should be fun.
