Help Identifying Cornet

My old man has (what I assume to be old) a cornet. The brand on the bell, if it was every there, is gone. This is the only pic he sent me, but I figured someone here might know. thanks for your help!

It's an LA Olds Ambassador cornet. 1957 Olds Catalog
- LA, since it's the round right hand finger crook
- Ambassador from the way the valves are mounted
