 | Hi, I'm new here and like what I've seen so far I'm 16 and have been playing the trumpet for about 7 years. Only in the past year or 2 have I become strongly interested in the trumpet, that was when I got a Yamaha Xeno, and I love it. I like what I've seen so far on the trumpet forum, it is awesome being able to talk trumpets with everyone. |

| Re: Hi, I'm new here and like what I've seen so far I'm more than glad to be a part of you guys. As for the horn, it is a custom heavy-weight Xeno with a large bore. The only reason I have it is because I got a great deal on it. It was listed as a B-stock because some guy got it and hadn't played a note on it, but took it back because he didn't like the case. So I got it as a B-stock for $1100. I started on a King student trumpet which I still have. I also have a Cornet, a pocket trumpet, and a Fanfare Trumpet. |
