Hi to trumpet lovers everywhere!

I love trumpets. Everything about them appeals to me. Playing is, of course, the prime motivator, and the greatest challenge. But the concepts around the design and the physics of the trumpet are very fascinating to me. I can always find an interesting discussion on the subject on the web.

I have a Bach 37ML180, a Schilke B2, a '68 Olds Recording, a '68 Selmer Radial, a Holton ST550s MF, and some others. The design and playability of each of these varies and is a wonderful source of interest to me.
