-insert cheesy phrase here-

I've been lurking here awhile, but now that I have nothing to do other than practice, now seems a fitting time to make an account.

I'm a sophomore in high school, I live in Texas. I've been playing trumpet for about 3 1/2-4ish years. I play in my school's marching band, concert band, and jazz band. My main horn is a Holton T602S, I play on a Holton T401 (pictured in avatar) in jazz band, and for the rest of my high school career I'm playing on the school's F100 flugel, which is also a Holton. I can also play piano, saxophone, and some guitar. I might be marching flugelhorn this year, so I'm pretty excited about that, and I'm pretty sure I'll be playing it in jazz.

I'm also an artist, drawing mainly wildlife and pets. Music is a huge part of my life, and I hope to pursue a career in it. I'm also into photography, reading, and Guitar Hero. [;

I'm looking forward to having a good time here, it looks like a great community!

Welcome, AG! Nice drawing! I knew it was a fox before I read the link.
Art and music go hand in hand and each one makes you better at the other.
